All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or e Packet depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 5 to 9 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. There are no refunds on opened body oils, fragrance oils, body butter, lotions, soaps, shower gel as this is a health hazard and we cannot restock opened or used oil. We can issue a credit for the body oils or fragrance oils if customer is not satisfied with the smell.
