Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination, with payment collected during purchase. Domestic shipments transit in 2-7 business days, while international orders take 3-5 business days. Orders dispatch within 2-5 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Address changes can be made before dispatch. We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services and to military addresses via USPS. If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund it, dispatching the rest of the order. Contact us if delivery exceeds the forecasted time. Customers receive a tracking link upon dispatch. For damaged parcels, reject the delivery if possible and contact customer service; if delivered without your presence, reach out for assistance.

Return Policy:

1. REFUNDS Refunds are available to customers within 7 days of product delivery. Please note, not all items will be eligible to receive a refund.
