ChahinLeather® bridle is fully finished with a waxy feel and a beautiful sheen. After the vegetable tanning process, the leather is hot stuffed with oils and tallows that penetrate through the hides, giving the leather a smooth, rich cut. The bridle leather is weather-resistant due to these oils and waxes. After the tanning process is complete, the leather is drum-dyed for uniform coloring.

In order to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We do not currently offer a direct exchange option, but if you are wishing to exchange your order and we agree to your request, you can do so by opting for store credit and using that store credit to place a new order as soon as it's been issued. Store credit will be issued as an e-gift card to your email address as soon as the return label receives a progress scan.
?To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition. All items should be returned as they were shipped, with everything that was included. There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as an item not in its original condition, being damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
?We pride ourselves on keeping our quality products affordable, and we do not inflate our prices to cover shipping charges back and forth. This means that all return shipping fees are paid by the customer. To thank our repeat customers, we do provide complimentary return labels for items being refunded in the form of store credit.
