Estrella Shoppe Return Policy 

At Estrella Shoppe, we want our customers to be 100% delighted with their purchases! We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and we’re here to make returns and exchanges as simple and stress-free as possible.

1. Return Window

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most products within 30 days of receiving your order. Whether it’s not quite what you expected or you’ve had a change of heart, we’re here to help!

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unworn & unused (T-shirts or other apparel must not be worn or washed)

In original condition with packaging (tags attached, if applicable)

Custom items: Because these are made just for you, they are generally non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Starting a return or exchange is easy:

Email us 

Include your order number, item name(s), and reason for return.

If you are exchanging, please let us know which item or size you would prefer.

We’ll respond within 24 hours with further instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable). For exchanges, we’ll reserve the requested item for you, ensuring it’s ready to ship as soon as we receive your return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Domestic returns (within the U.S.) will be covered by us if your item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

Non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind) will incur return shipping fees. We provide a prepaid return label for a flat fee of $4.99 (deducted from your refund amount).

5. Refunds & Processing Times

Once we’ve received your return, please allow 5–7 business days to process it. We will inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any return shipping fees, if applicable).

Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges will be shipped to you within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We strive to send out perfectly packaged, high-quality products, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we’ll work with you to:

Provide a full refund, or

Offer a replacement at no additional cost, depending on your preference.

Please include photographs of the damaged item, including packaging, within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and personalization reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Custom or personalized items (unless damaged or defective)

9. Gift Returns

If you’ve received an Estrella Shoppe item as a gift and want to exchange it, we’re happy to assist! The original recipient will need to provide us with the order number to process any exchanges or store credits.
